Primary

You may force 2 target players to give you a promissory note of their choice.

You may perform up to two transactions with any player, even if you are not neighbors. Action cards may be a part of this transaction.

Secondary

You may perform a single transaction with any player, even if you are not neighbors. Action cards may be a part of this transaction. At the end of the turn, the player who performed the primary receives 1 trade good for each transaction done this way.
